"The rooms and views were great. Spacious room, good beds and pillows. The staff was outstanding. Our luggage was stored for the day until we were able to check in. It was brought up to our room in minutes by a very friendly gentleman who answered some questions for us. The breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay. "

"Stayed here for 10 nights, everything was mostly great! Cleanliness, pool, staff, etc was awesome. Only downsides were our mattress had a big “hole” of broken springs on one side which made it uncomfortable until my husband flipped the mattress. Our view was great but we were next to the elevator and you could hear it constantly at all hours. Everything else was great!"

"I didn't liked to see the vents dirty in the room. Maintenance on the elevators, more cleaning on them as well. I wished we'd had room service."

"We had an amazing time. Staying. Everyone was nice, hospitable and friendly. Definitely felt the Aloha spirit. The only thing I could say is that the pool area deck could use a touch up. We enjoyed the free breakfast and all the resting areas in the lobby. Mahalo."

"We come for the beach, Hotel is not on the beach, but not too far from the beach. You could borrow the umbrella and chair from hotel, but very crappy. No surfing board or floater are provider."

"Had a great trip. Valet attendants were great and on it. They were the best and offered the most help. Desk staff was friendly and the late check out for a fee came in handy as our flight was late in the evening. Will definitely stay here again."

"The exceptional staff was fantastic -- everyone had a smile and addressed any question asked. The property itself was so nicely located -- quiet but also very close to everything in Waikiki. I did not use the pool or hot tub but checked it out -- very small but would be great for little kids. Adults? Not so much but when the ocean is close by, who cares? Also, the rate was great considering how close it is to everything. Thumbs up! "

"Enjoyed the stay and the location. Wish the restaurant had a better breakfast menu. Thankfully the Halekulani Bakery next door was available as their menu was fine. Not sure why they closed Monday’s and Tuesday’s though. "

"Great room. Super clean. Nice location. Just a couple short blocks to the beach and easy driving access. Market across the street and lots of restaurants. Parking was expensive but very convenient. Urban area and construction across the street so it was loud with the patio door open. Awesome workout facility. Nice pool. Friendly staff. "

"It was very nice. First time in Hawaii. 5 minutes walk to the beach, shopping center within minutes. Stuff was nice. Every time we called for things they brought it up right away. Breakfast, not to many options but you can’t beat free. Over all good experience. Just take lots of money with you and ask your credit card company to raise your limit! It’s not cheap to dine and wine out there. Every thing is double. Enjoy…. "
